Great gym! Routes are reset regularly with varying difficulty, and facilities are clean. Approachable members and friendly staff.

Took the grandkids to High Point in Birmingham on Labor Day as they have been before many times and enjoyed it. We never had a problem until this time when we were denied entrance by a very rude, and unprofessional woman who worked there! My wife who is 72 and has rheumatoid & osteo artihritis in her hands and fingers was not able to fill out the disclaimer by herself. We have been many times before never had to fill out one before except for the grandkids. But we have never enountered an employee like this one. I filled out my form and tried to assit my wife in filling out her form as I have to do with her doctors but this very rude employee wouldn't allow it. She stopped us and said no she had to fill it out herself. I told her she couldn't and tried to explain but she cut me off in mid sentence. She denied our entrance. The grandkids were devastased and my wife was distraught. Not only was the woman employee rude she didn't care that my wifes debilitating illness prevented here from filing out pages of forms. No concern,no care at all. Terrible employee! We will never go back there again!

Fun and affordable experience for all levels of climbers. Auto-belays, bouldering, kid zone, etc.. May go back and try yoga at some point.

A family gathering here made for a memorable family event! Employees were patient, helpful and even gave us great lunch recommendations. We arrived at 10 am, climbed in the morning, went to lunch, and came back to climb until 5 pm. Climbers were 5-50, and there were other who watched. But everyone agreed, it was a fun-filled day!

Have been visiting High Point for a year now. Just not many of these places around. Kids climbed until they couldn't feel their arms anymore. Fantastic workout. Non-climbers have great viewing areas and sitting spots. Nice that a 9year old can enjoy it along with her 18,17 year old cousins. Staff was professional and the place is always clean.
