Booked an hour in the Nordic sauna and steam room. Fantastic facilities and attentive staff. Only downside is lack of a cold plunge but there is a lovely cold shower available to use between sweat sessions. Sole regret is not booking two hours instead of one.

Recently booked a private hour for the sauna/spa at the Nichols Hills location. Facility is night, bright and open with a zen feel. After checking in I was taken to the lounge area which I had to myself - minus the lounge attendant who was present throughout the entire hour - a bit awkward. I was given a locker, robe, towels and slippers that were no where close to fitting my feet! The lounge area is quiet and relaxing and the steam sauna was working GREAT and had aroma therapy smells to it. The dry sauna was not really hot enough for my liking. I did like having the facility to myself and the rate was reasonable. Not sure it is something I would book too often, but the staff and facility are great, thus I trust their other services are worth a try - massage, etc...

I received a gift certificate for this lovely spa. I went on a very cold and dreary day. What a wonderful oasis in downtown it turned out to be. What a beautiful place! The people that work there are fabulous, the massage was first rate, and in the steam and sauna was outstanding. The surroundings are so beautiful and calm. I highly recommend this facility. You won’t be disappointed. I only wish I could go more often!

My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of experiencing an afternoon at udander and it was a total treat! Massages, facials, soaks, sauna and relaxation were all top notch and now we're totally ruined for any other spa experience! Insider tip - ask for Derek to massage you. It is a game-changer!
