The Shaolin Institute offers classes in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Sanshou (kickboxing). Our headmaster, Shifu, is a 31st generation Shaolin Grand Master who studied at the Shaolin Temple in China. Shifu now resides in the United States, where he teaches martial arts at the three campuses of the Shaolin Institute--New Orleans, Mobile, and Atlanta-- and continues the 1500 year Shaolin tradition.
