very professional, great service and friendly driver! I always use green cab from Charlotte Douglas airport to my hotel.

Terrible service. Doesn't show up for medical appointments. Doesn't answer the phone. I am extremely disappointed in Green Cab

I've filed a report against them , they're incompetent and lack the are and empathy needed to transport children with disabilities

They are rude and are always late. I called over 50 times no answer but was getting sent to the voicemail a few times.

this company is awfulllll!!!! they have patients waiting for 3 hours and when you try to call,, they say the phone is disconnected.. your better off hitchhiking
