This is my favorite bookstore on the planet. They are an independent business that has a great selection, knowledgeable staff, and amazing events. The events are what really draws me back time and again. I have had the opportunity to listen to and interact with some of the most renowned authors.

I live several miles away from this bookstore. However, when I am in town, this is the first place I head to. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful and you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. If you like independent bookstores, this place is the best.

I didn’t end up buying anything but post cards but it was a very nice experience visiting this bookstore. They have a great selection and good prices but I had or had read everything I saw here of my interest.

My wife and I took in the Anderson's Bookshop event with author James Patterson this week. I have been reading his books for many years and would not of passed this up. Anderson's does such a nice job of hosting these events, and this was great. The hall was packed with fans and Patterson did not fail. Great stories and great books. An autographed copy of Killer Instinct came with the entry fee, so I thought that was great. Make sure to hit Anderson's website, as they always have something going on.

Anderson's Bookshop is a local institution. A bookshop, yes, but they also host [between their 3 locations] over 400 author visits and events annually! They carry a terrific selection of fiction, non fiction, children's, gift items and greeting cards. If they have hosted the author of a book, they may carry extra signed copies of an author's book [great for gifts!]. 2 doors down the street is Anderson's Toyshop- also worth a visit for toys and creative activities for children.
