The hotel is in a great location, it does not offer free parking but the valet service is excellent. Blake the at valet service was extremely helpful with our luggage. Our bellman David was the sweetest gentlemen to us, gave us a great recommendation and helped us with anything that needed carried. Overall a great experience wish we stayed more than one night. Only down side was the water pressure was a little on and off during the morning of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the French Quarter.The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, but we especially want to recognize David, who was our bellman twice. He was incredibly personable, took great care of our luggage, and shared some excellent recommendations for local restaurants that made our trip even more enjoyable. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out.

We had a wonderful experience for our 19 year anniversary. The rooms were nice, it was in a perfect location, and the pool area was a blast. Great service especially from David the Bellman. He gave us several recommendations of places to eat and they were all very good.

Every staff member including David was so kind! The hotel was stunning with a wonderful pool and some fun ghost stories. Definitely check it out

Very friendly and clean environment, perfect for my stay in New Orleans. All staff was very helpful and great. Officer Huey especially, I overindulged and he made sure I made it to my room safely.
