I came on a Saturday noon with some others who wanted to check out some stores that had some anime content. The mall has tons of various stores and shops both inside and outside. Some sold clothes, some sold shoes, some sold combos or all of them, some sold snacks, some sold perfumes, and others sold gifts and toys. There are also anchor tenants like Nordstrom and Macy's and a food court that is built over Carson St which runs through the mall, which makes it one of the very unique places that I've visited. The food court has a lot of choices to eat from, and you can get food from Popeyes, Genghis Khan, and Shake Shack. The mall is very busy despite the era of online shopping and when I came under the mall to look for parking, it was pretty full and moderately hard to find a parking spot. There are parking structures to accommodate for the volume of shoppers.

I visited See's Candies over the weekend at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, CA.The See's lollypops had been recommended to me so I wanted to get some to take back to my home. Yvette L greeted us on arrival to the store and offered a delicious sample of toffee chocolate candy! The lollypops I was looking for came boxed with four different flavors. She also told me I could customize the box--awesome, as I didn't care for the butterscotch flavor in the preboxed packages. I was so thrilled I got two boxes! She also included two sample bags of bridge mix which was also delicious. I was excited to get the lollypops and was impressed with the friendly helpful service from Yvette!

The shops are extensive and nice, but the crowd feels a bit sketchy and the service at the stores are not the nicest. It feels like it is going downhill and they need to try and keep it more upscale or it will become a total dive. It also feels a bit dangerous with the crowd that comes and the security and mall policies need to make this a very safe and upscale shopping center.

A large shopping center requires attentiveness because of the diversity. Maybe you should research what you want to look for before coming to the center. Neat corridors and great shops can also be found on the information board, which works via a touch screen.
