It was an absolute pleasure to work with Destination Masters! Chantal orchestrated an amazing 2 week itinerary for Japan that was tailored to what we wanted to do. She was helpful in making suggestions of things to do and places to stay. We spent time in Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Miyajima and Osaka. Each city had a wonderful guide who was a local and made it fun and interesting. All the accommodations were well situated and central to shopping and transportation. The hotels were clean and comfy. Her team even made sure we knew how to make the transition from one train to the next by sending a short video. They took care of all the little details and made this an amazing and memorable trip. We were referred to Destination Masters by my sister in law when we were planning a 14 day Italy trip for May 2026. In May 2025, I met with Susie Masters and Chris Kluger at their office. Susie and Chris were very warm and eager to plan our amazing Italy trip. Both of them are experienced international travelers and had great advice and recommendations. We discussed all aspects of the trip, length, cities, hotels, tours, transportation and of-course our budget. The meeting lasted about 1 hour and I left feeling very comfortable with them. As the planning continued, there was great communication via emails, text and voice conversations regarding hotels, tours, transportation, etc. The first draft was emailed to us within a few months of our initial contact. As we reviewed, edited and added,a second draft followed about a month later. As we drew closer, we added mores tours and Chris took care of all of our additional request with ease. In April of 2026, the E version of our final itinerary was emailed, along with a hard copy that was delivered to us. The instructions and itinerary were very detailed along with information on how to contact our service providers once in Italy(Via the WhatsApp). Our itinerary was also loaded on the “Travel Portal” app. Our trip arrived in May 2026, and it was amazing. The moment we touched down in Rome, our driver was waiting for us holding a sign with my name on it. We spent 3 day in Venice, 3 days in Florence, 3 days in Rome and 4 days in Masse Lubrense. All of our transfers from the airport, to our boats, to our hotels, to the trains were on time and all service provides were friendly and helpful. We had private tours in Venice, Florence and Rome, and all of local guides were from that area, were warm, friendly and knowledgeable. While in Italy, we had a question and contacted Chris and he responded with the answer quickly. The tours and activities recommended by Chris were spot on and allowed us to see so much more of Italy. As we reflect on our Italy vacation, everything was expertly planned allowing us to truly enjoy the beauty of Italy. The service we received from Destination Masters was exceptional and I would use them again and would recommend their services to anyone wishing to plan a luxury vacation of a lifetime. Led a group of 15 MBA students and alums on travel study trip to Panama and Costa Rica. Everything went as planned, the group had no issues and was, in fact, very commplentary of every element from initial sign up to return flight. Many said they would use Destination Masters for personal trips in the future.

Third time was, indeed, the charm. We retired 5 years ago and Destination Masters put together an incredible 3 month celebratory Around The World itinerary for us in 2020. Well, we all know how that turned out. Covid totally eliminated that trip. We tried again in 2022..with a somewhat scaled back 6 week double Cruise and Spain/Portugal trip, only to have that meticulously planned (by Destination Masters) trip canceled 72 hours before leaving by a death in our family.We almost gave up, but returned to Destination Masters last year for a third effort at a much delayed retirement trip. Chris and Suzie and staff put together a Mediterranean Cruise along with a week in London and a week in Ireland. International and internal European flights, Cruise, pre-cruise hotel, guides, transfers...the whole enchilada. During the planning we had a lot of back and forth regarding what exactly we wanted in the way of experience, cost, destination, timing etc. Destination Masters was always ready to alter, improve, suggest alternatives and finally, book a month-long trip that went perfectly. Not an exaggeration to say... a trip of a lifetime.We will be using Destination Masters again as we plan our 2026 international trip.Why would we use anyone else?
