It's a great park to visit. My wife and I bring the kids and the dog and we walk it often. There are lots of things to see and the path is always really clear. Learn what poison ivy looks like because there's a lot off of the main trail. The only negative about the park is that on a really nice day, the parking lot is completely full. Mansfield has plenty of other parks that are connected to gether.

A beautiful park, it is a great walk for both you and your furry friends, and also perfect place for professional photos to be taken.

Lovely place to walk my dog in a leisurely stroll without feeling the pressure to hurry. Also good bike paths.

We love this park. Multiple paths through the woods keep it from becoming boring. Two small ponds contain turtles, fish, and maybe there will be a duck or two. Many times there are great blue herons. Besides the ponds there are places where you can look over Walnut Creek. Recently a trail to the soccer fields near 360 has been opened that allows another wooded experience.

This is a fabulous nature area in Mansfield. There are secluded trails, ponds and creeks. The closer to dawn the better to see birds. The combination of grasslands, trees and riparian landscaping draws a variety of birds. Spring and fall will be the best time to see transient birds. Winter will have a steady list of winter stay-overs. Summer will be the worst time, but it also is when you can see Painted Buntings. The park is attractive to families. The place was over run with kids, toys and watchful parents. It's a pretty place, so I get it. But, if you're a birder like me, noise and people scare away the birds. Beautiful place!
