Extreme amount of foils for what she called paper thin sections

Toner done with hair wet & not sectioned. Plus horrible color melt

Botches of yellow in white blonde from not sectioning out toner & doing it on wet hair

The insane price due to it being hourly & her taking her sweet time for 15.5 hours & using an insane amount of lightener
