Iv used them 2 years running for my visit to Florida and they are 2nd to none for knowledge and service

Gabe was very helpful from the beginning to end. Communication was in a timely manner and he took my requests and went beyond what we could expect. We will definitely be requesting him again!

Where do I begin, I had the best experience with Gabe. I’d definitely recommend him, he has an great sense of humor and makes great conversation.

So I had Bobby for our VIP tour for 2 days…and it was a game changer! Went to Magic Kingdom and Disney Hollywood Studios had virtually no wait times and experienced all the rides we wanted to go on and more! Also a shout out to Lee for helping coordinate and answering our questions. I definitely recommend them and I will be using their services again in the future.

highly recommend Five Star Orlando VIP for your Disney World vacation. McKinzie seamlessly scheduled all our plans, including dining and the new Fast Multipass system that replaced Genie+. Despite my concerns about navigating the new system, McKinzie easily conquered it, ensuring we had the perfect day and didn’t miss a thing. She was our go-to from planning to park visits, making sure we maximized every moment. I can't imagine our trip without her help. Five Star made our experience unforgettable, and I’ll definitely use them again
