I would highly recommend spending time at Madcap Mosaics on a variety of levels. First, its an artist's studio. Tracy Pennington's mosaic art on the walls is beautiful, inspirational and highly emotive. Her pieces are full of color and life and each one draws your eye in over and over again! Secondly, there is an opportunity to take a mosaic class - when offered. Lastly, once trained you will get hooked on spending your Thursday nights at the open workshops. It doesn't hurt that her studio is located at Mellowed Arts and Entertainment Center which contains other artist's studios, a huge antique and interior's mall and even dining to whet your palette. Come to see the mosaics and you will want to hang around for hours or even days!
