The BWI location is CLOSED but there is no indication of that on the company’s website, Google, nor on Trip Advisor. Super disappointing because when I visited a few years ago it was so AWESOME. But do not leave your terminal thinking it’s worth the trip to get a workout in - because the location is completely gutted.

On a trip back from overseas I stopped by and was so happy to find this place. The two young ladies at front desk were awesome. They have showers and workout clothes even though as an iron athlete I always carry my own. The problem is that when I left my backpack in my locker to run outside terminal the manager, a late 40s short silver haired woman shouted at me like a dog. She proceeded to be so disrespectful I would never use such facilities again on principle . As a military member I am not used to such talk. Just a shame such a good idea is led by someone with no social skills. In fact the staff had to apologize for her actions as they were mortified . if leaders and owners of roam look at this they should consider their massive investment entrusted to the hands of someone content to berate customers without cause.

I am getting back into fitness. Usually you could find me at the airport bar when I have a long wait. However this sounded like a much better way to spend $25. I had to check out of my hotel (no late check out available) at noon. Flight didn’t leave until 5:20. I spent about 90 minutes in the gym and then I showered, dried my hair, did my makeup, and still had time to grab dinner before my 6 hour flight. This is the coolest thing ever, looking forward to the expansion and becoming a member.

Happened to pass this place after getting in on a Spirit red eye. With a 5 hour wait for my puddle jumper, I figured it would be a good way to get a workout in and get a bonus shower. Fantastic customer service, lockers plus space for my carry on, great equipment in a compact space. There were 3 of us working out, plenty of room, and options. $25 gets you as much workout time as you want plus a state of the art private shower / bathroom, toiletries, towels , etc. After my all night flight I would have paid the $25 just for the phenomenal shower and amenities!! Great business model, would love to see this in other airports!

With 3 hours to kill I was basically ready to watch a movie, that is after I already sat all day in a training. Finding this place was a pleasant surprise. Best treadmill I’ve ever used, best gym bathroom I’ve ever used (basically a hotel bathroom), and best gym service I’ve ever experienced. This is coming from a guy with multiple gym memberships, and is a hospitality professional by trade. Well done y’all.
