Nice place to stay. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, plenty of room with refrigerator and microwave. Clean and no smells.
MoreFor real, this place has had broken coffee machines for 2 days in a row. No coffee in the building. Signs on each one saying deeply sorry...broken machines. Problem solving skills needed. Do they sell no coffee urns in Des Moines? Does the local Caribou or Hyvee not deliver premade coffee in giant containers? This really sucks. The management either has poor problem solving skills or just doesn't give a crap.
MoreMy recent stay at this Urbandale, Hampton was good from start to finish. Jesse at the front desk went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He seems to have a servant's heart. The rooms were clean, and parking was plentiful. The location of this hotel to multiple interstate connections makes this my new favorite hotel when I visit Iowa!
MoreWorse hotel ever. Out of everything no milk for breakfast for children. This hotel very poor management. Need to plan better and be more organized. At first pool and hot tub over flowing with water. Just inconvenient experience with the little stuff.
MoreThe most friendliest black lady at front desk at night shift - she’s the BEST I’ve ever met in any Hampton I went to, she rocked the best at friendliness presence! I forgot her name but her presence was very radiant and welcoming to any guests. AWESOME!
