The client will not only receive the required TREC REI 7-6 report with my observations and opinion of the foundation’s performance, but additionally a CAD drawing of the foundation indicating elevation changes from an established base point. This document will serve as a baseline for future measurements should another evaluation be warranted. In addition, I offer the inspection of pools/spa's, detached buildings and sprinkler systems, or inspections of single system components.
