We had friends visiting us in Park City this weekend. They needed to leave this morning for an early SLC flight as she was a surgeon who had to get back home. They arranged and prepaid w/ CT for a ride for a 4:00 am pick up. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. Desperately our friends got an Uber and barely made their flight. I called Canyon Transportation to complain and they said 1) they had refunded the prepayment (duh) 2) apologized, and 3) admitted having problems with their OWNER/OPERATOR drivers that just didn't want to get up that early. What kind of an answer is that??!? Never trusting them again to pick up. What a nightmare and what a lack of perspective. They should get rid of owner/operators that won't show up and they should have offered to pay for the premium Uber they caused with big apologies. Really disappointed.

Very upsetting to see them take advantage of their core customers by no longer offering group shuttle service at a reasonable rate. It is now more economical to rent a vehicle adding more traffic to the canyon. Since they have not provided any explanation of the change is more upsetting. Their private one way rate is ridiculous. We used them for the past 20 years, but never again.

Took our chances with other shuttle companies having more or better reviews, but I have no complaints about Canyon Transportation. The price was great (shared ride for 2 between SLT and Park City was only $104), communication was excellent, and the ride was timely. We happened to miss our shuttle due to a slow baggage claim, but they just put us on the next bus. Again, no complaints, and I'd certainly use them again.

Canyon Transportation is our go-to for getting from SLC to Snowbird for years. SAFELY delivering us in the worst driving conditions, up and down the canyon -- every time.Online reservations, texts to confirm your arrivals, drivers identifying you and personally gettin you and your luggage on their shuttle.(Sadly I see some customers don't tip their drivers, ... ;-( Can spend $$$ on a ski trip, though don't appreciate the one individual responsible for their safety, and for catching their return flight--on time).We'll be back! Thank you & the crew!

Wow! This was truly awful. Canyon transport was booked to drive us from Snowbird to the airport. They never showed up. We tried to call them but no one picked up the phone. We were on hold for an hour before a dispatcher finally picked up. She was extremely rude and did nothing to help us. We ended up missing our flight. Do not—I repeat, DO NOT—work with this company.
