We did the meet and greet and it was worth every penny. We made a reservation about 2 days before our trip and flew from Seattle to Tampa, our flight was delayed but they kept up to date with our adjusted arrival time. They were waiting at the baggage claim as expected. Our driver, William, was excellent and was a great conversationalist. It was a smooth ride. We'll definitely be using them again.

This company is the NEW shuttle service to and from TPA. Premier Airport Transportation has vans and black cars. I used them from the airport and it was a great ride. They just started operating this week at the airport. I enjoyed my ride home. Great fast service.

As Dr. S noted, SuperShuttle stopped serving Tampa as of the end of 2019. As a TPA local, this is quite a blow to me. I am not aware of any shutlle-type alternatives; maybe one will spring up in its place.

I arrived at TPA with a confirmed reservation for the SuperShuttle at 10:25 pm January 1. That is when I found out that they went out of business as of January 1, 2020. No advance notice so I was left to take a cab to St Petersburg.

Have used Supershuttle many times before, and always book in advance. I was expecting a 5:20 a.m. pick up. Received a text from Supershuttle at 3:50 a.m. cancelling my ride. Did not have the time to search for and secure another form of transportation to the airport for an early morning flight. Was forced to drive my car to the airport and pay for long term parking. Have made several complaints to Supershuttle, have not heard back. Internet says location is permanently closed?? If this is the case, why was I not told of this when I secured the reservation? Incidently, I did receive a confirmation text the day before. Horrible customer service.
