I had a transfer from a Hollywood Beach to POM scheduled and paid for but they didn’t show up and their phone was disconnected. Not happy !!!

I've never used this company and over the past year I can receive 8-10 emails from them per day. No matter what I say they won't stop with the emails. It's very annoying! I have to enter a date of vist as its required but we were never there?

First of all we have to start by saying we want to thank Witney who booked our reservation. We also want to thank Sam our driver who was phenomenal. We hired King Solomon transportation to take us from Fort Lauderdale Florida to the Miami cruise port for a cruise aboard the carnival Horizon. This company is prompt efficient friendly outgoing funny check out our boarding Day video at Adventures of David and Aaron on YouTube Sammy our driver awesome phenomenal we can't thank him enough. The next time we sail out of Miami if we are staying in Fort Lauderdale we will be definitely taking King Solomon transportation. I booked with Jiffy Jeff. We added 2 extra at the last minute so he invited King Splomon to step in to return us from the Port of Miami to FLL. Driver Sammy was right on time for pickup. He insisted on putting the luggage into the van alone so we all piled in. Half way to the airport, I received a call that one of my bags was left at the port. After dropping everyone else off at the airport, he turned around and went back for my luggage. He returned us to the airport without increasing the bill. Of course we paid him for the extra trip with tip.
