Good location, but a 2.5 hotel at best. Poor wifi, large indoor pool with water so cold it cannot be tolerated; terrible, powdered eggs for breakfast, weak and almost non-existent Wi-Fi signal, and an impersonal monitor with a remote staff to handle front desk duties in the morning...very weird.

The room had the following concerns:Noise from the pool area was loud and annoying. Noises were heard from the time we got to the room till about 11pm. The sliding glass door was closed but the noise, children playing and yelling, could still be heard. The A/C unit was very loud. There was a lack of available electrical outlets in the room. One of the floor lamps, by couch, was not plugged in and I had to move the couch to plug the light in. There was no where to plug in the coffee maker so I had no in room coffee. The only outlet on the wall where tv was plugged in was full. Some tv equipment was plugged in using the outlet on the table lamp next to the tv. The carpet in the room was old. Facility wise: The carpet throughout the hallways is old and severely wrinkled in numerous places. Did not like the fact that the other exterior doors could not be opened from outside. Most upsetting was the fact that I was not informed of the complimentary breakfast at check in. I only found out about it by inquiring at the cafe and could not partake of it because it was about to close when I asked.

Dirty carpets, suspicious wafts of chlorine and cleaning agents no doubt masking bad odors. Lumpy bed. Dingy lighting. Just not even a decent hotel. Needs a total overhaul

Watch your bill! We had unexpected room changes that we wouldn’t have known about if I didn’t check out in person. Charges were reversed and all is good, but be sure to check before you leave!

The pool inside has a waterfall and it is really quite pretty. We could see it from our room and it was lovely. Please note that before you jump in to check to see if there are towels available and you may have to plan on waiting a while at the front desk to be to get one if needed. Also, if you sre planning on doing laundry, there is no soap dispenser or change machine in the laundry room so get it before you go to the laundry room or else you have to traipse all the way across the whole hotel to get to the Front desk. Nowhere could I find where the laundry room was except for asking at the front desk. It is located on the second floor across from what I think was room 264. It is basically all the way across the hotel and catty corner from where the front desk is but on the second floor. Our room was comfy.
