Dave and Buster’s never fails to disappoint on the entertainment. Kids and grown ups love it and the variety of games is cool along with enough large screens for SUNY sports junkie. This D&B is part of a mall complex with plenty of dining options if you don’t want to eat in. Good bar.The “but” part is minor but could be major. This D&B always appears to be understaffed or under managed. Glasses and dishes are left on tables throughout the establishment for hours especially in the game areas. A simple walk through by management would notice. I have been to this location on four different occasions, and this always seems to be the case. Don’t see anyone spot cleaning the machines either. Suggest good hand scrubbing before and after using the machines. Rest rooms have been relatively clean. I’m not a germaphobe like our President, but I definitely make sure I and the kids wash our hands religiously here.
