Elden Home Inspection in Concord, MA – Reviews, Hours, and Contact Details

Staining from a leaky steam radiator. Old damage and in a garage ceiling, looks bad but is just cosmetic.

Little things can make a big problem! This rot was caused by a small leak of water during showers above.

Don't touch these wires! Found this on a recent inspection.

Knob and tube wiring, functioning but problematic, from an insurance standpoint.
