Our kitchen after during renovation. Deemed habitable by Kashia at Optimus Property Solutions and Dry Guy Restoration Company

Our kitchen build back with the massive fan that was so loud, you couldn't hear yourself think. Still deemed habitable

Mold on the windows. I have to clean this several times every month because it keeps growing back

Humidity on the windows and mildew everywhere

Our sink in our backyard- and then the reinstalled it MONTHS later, and never cleaned up the tarp garbage

DISGUSTING cabinets. Water damage + mold.

Unsecured construction area that leaked mold spores and construction debris into every nook and cranny of out apartment.

More mold + water damage + unfinished fan exhaust hole
