By 11.07 a.m. Sep 20th 2024 - The first bus was 40 minutes late. He drove near the passengers at high speed and did not stop. ( Golden nagget stop) 12.10 p.m. -The second bus was 40 minutes late! He drove before the passengers at high speed and did not stop. ( Edge Wood = Golf club valet) 13.10 p.m. - nothing!Regarding traffic, they lied.When I took a taxi and overtook the bus on the way, it was going to It moved up very slowly because it was as an old car and the passengers had heavy luggage. Take a taxi! 120-150$ Otherwise you will be late for your flight.

We were a little skeptical based on reading some of the negative reviews. Well we are glad we booked despite these reviews. It was so easy. There are clearly marked signs at Harrah's where the bus picks you up. We arrived 10 minutes before departure time. Bus departed right on time. Bus driver was great and journey was pleasant. Definitely would use again.

Shuttle never showed up and left me at the stop with my two young children - I then paid $180 for a taxi to Reno to make my flight

We used this service from Reno but had to stay in hotels both nights because of the limited departure/arrival schedules. I wish they had more start times otherwise this is great!

This is a great way to go but they need more departure times in the evening, good way to get back and forth though;
