I stayed at Palms Place one week and really became a fan of the Drift Spa. Great service! Great service providers and an overall very nice spa. I had a massage that was outstanding as well as a facial. The Hamman is something you need to check out and I believe it's the only one in Las Vegas. They will even work to get you in without reservations.

Went to this spa on my last day of my trip to Las Vegas. What a wonderful treat. Found a groupon which cut the cost in half. I had the signature massage and signature facial. Massage was ok. Not as deep as I typically like but I could have upgraded and chose not to. The facial was absolutely wonderful! No complaints. The facialist was amazing. She was quiet but talkative if that makes sense. I would have liked her to explain a little more of what she was doing (products being used on my face and what they did to my skin) but the outcome was wonderful. I had a lovely dewy glow to my skin. They let you have access to the spa the entire day. There was wet and dry sauna, cold and hot dipping pools, hummana (co ed sauna). There were may services provided too including couples massages. Only problem was they seemed to have added someone else to my reservation. I made sure they did not charge me and I have my receipt. Good thing I stopped at the desk before I left my appointment. I recommend this spa.

I was lucky enough to grab a Groupon before heading to the spa. I thought the facilities were very nice and clean. Both the front desk and the lady who helped in the back we're very nice. My massage however was just so so. I felt like I was just getting rubbed and almost anybody could do that. I wanted her to get into some of my knots but she didn't. Sounds like if you want that you have to upgrade and pay more. I enjoyed the pool area very much.

The spa is CLEAN and very professional. We were lucky enough to grab a Groupon which cut the price of the massages in half. Walking into the spa, as in most hotels, men and women are separated. Staff are friendly and helpful. When you call and make your reservation, make sure to ask for Jon. I get massages weekly (thanks to a car accident). This was one of the best ones I have had. He paid attention to my stress areas and was very careful to the area where I just had surgery. Tipping is automatic, I didnt know this at the time or I would have slipped him some extra. Cant wait to go back

Wonderful facilities and spa attendants. My only complaints are that my massage was just ok and they rush you into your treatment rooms. Her technique wasn't as good as others I've experienced previously at other places. I also suggested that I wanted to get an extra treatment of a scalp massage that she didn't address. She was very friendly, though. My facial by Asia was excellent. Also, check out Groupon for a deal! I would definitely go back with a different masseuse next time.
