The studio is nice and clean with a great relaxing atmosphere. The instructor was solid for Bikram enthusiastic and she followed the script without any modifications.

Great, caring, yogis. The studio is spotless and has a pleasant scent, which is all most impossible to do. The owner Katie is adamant about keeping her baby (the studio) beautiful. The outside is an amazing lush garden and the inside is so warm and welcoming. New people are always welcomed with open arms. I love this place; I have found home.

This is an outstanding yoga studio in Stuart, FL offering great hot yoga -- both Bikram & Barkan style classes. The owner and her staff are kind and knowledgeable. The studio is beautiful and clean.

Highly recommended!!! Have literally travelled the yoga world and Lala in Stuart FL is truly outstanding. Genuine, humble teachers. Clean and life giving environment. Katie is a highly gifted yogi and teacher. I was only in Stuart for a short time but Lala and Katie made a very positive impact in my yoga practice!Thank you Lala yoga- other studios could learn a lot from you!!

Lala Hot Yoga is an aesthetically pleasing studio, owned and run by Katie C, a warm individual, and a seasoned yogini. Her staff exudes the same vibe. However, what I love the most is their ability to use the Bikram method which offers a most rigorous workout for the die-hards in the crowd, but is coupled with compassion and gentleness that allows individuals to be where they are and be comfortable in that place. Jai!
