The Levitt Pavilion Denver has been a frequent place for music concerts and other big events due to its space size. On days of the event, a temporary podium is built with modern light and sound facilities emitting groovy sound waves through the entire arena. If you are planning to host large occasions, then you can choose this venue as it is available for rentals.

tripadvisorEasy entry with VIP. We came three hours early so that we could get a good parking place because we knew parking scarce. We bought VIP tickets to this event because we thought it was entirely different than it actually was. We thought we were listening to a tribute band for Fleetwood Mac but instead it was electronic remix.. We had no idea - there was no hint in the description that this was the fact. Not our gig. Highly disappointed. The pavilion needs to do a better job of describing their musical acts.
MoreWent to a concert to see Dark Star Orchestra at Levitt Pavillion with my daughter and son in law while visiting in Denver. Nice concert venue. My son in law is handicapped and we were able to be in the ADA seating which is near the front. Very organized in getting things situated. Parking could be a little better as we had to drive around for quite some time before we found a parking spot.
MoreSecurity called my group to go through back check and security woman complained that people “didn’t understand the meaning of one” when our group walked up. Easy misunderstanding that she wasn’t asking for the next group but the next single person. But she immediately got sassy about it. So I got back in line. Then when it was my turn they told me I had to toss all of my aluminum cans I had brought. According to the rules on the ticket you are allowed to bring non alcoholic beverages that are factory sealed. I had Lacroix which is non alcoholic and they were all sealed. They said that there was a new rule that aluminum cans aren’t allowed in the venue even though they sell drinks in aluminum cans when you enter and there are no rules online about no aluminum cans. Multiple other people in line around me went through the same ordeal. So thanks Levitt Pavilion for tossing tons of unopened drinks from show attendees that were following the rules. Very wasteful and rude. Otherwise the venue was nice.
MoreFirst time at LP (I live in Littleton) and was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of room to stretch-out and enjoy the concert. No seating, all grass/lawn, so bring a folding chair, blanket, etc. The food and beer is insanely expensive so factor into your plans. Read other reviews about crappy audio, I partly agree, but part of the issue is the topographic flow of the venue i.e., there are no barriers to capture the sound and retain in the venue like Red Rocks. That said, take the audio for what it's worth, it won't change until the venue erects barriers or places PA/speakers on the periphery of the venue to brighten the experience.Very much enjoyed the Slow Dive/Drab Majesty concert and will definitely return, factoring-in the negatives, and enjoying the positives.
MoreNice venue, but parking is a challenge and the rules are unclear. My umbrella was disallowed because even though it’s small it was “longer than a forearm,” which is nowhere specified in the rules. The staff on site acknowledge that the rule is unclear and has caused them problems with enforcement. This should be an easy fix: just state the maximum length.
