My mom brought me here and Annie is nice and she fixed my nails when the gems were falling off and it stayed pretty good as she did extra to make sure it stays. She is just so welcoming and kind to her clients.

Visiting from New England for a wedding desperately needed a pedicure! Googled nail salons and their website looked inviting. Uber pulled up to ULUX… loved the exterior. Walked in, instantly greeted upon arrival and led to my chair. Asked if I wanted a beverage… yes please! Noticed they do eyebrows and manicures while in your pedi chair…. I am one who likes to take advantage of spending time in a salon relaxing for as long as possible. But for those who can’t sit still or are on a time crunch.. they had 2 techs working on you…. Nice!My guy l, whose name I wish I had because he deserves accolades,was so very meticulous! I had gel on and his removal process was incredible! Very gentle and thorough.. finished product was PERFECT! I wish I lived in Dallas as this would be my go to!

So I decided to return to this salon after having a simple manicure done, which was nice. I figured next time I’ll try them for pedicure and the dip. I had a hair appointment prior to my nails appointment, which ran a little bit late, so I called the salon to notify them I’m running about 15 mins late. The answer was pretty short. I was told “oh we get really full at this time of the day so try to get here as soon as you can” (and this wasn’t even weekend!) I was able to get there even before the time I anticipated and most of the salon was empty! So not sure what the whole rush thing was about! They had so many techs just sitting chatting. The women they scheduled me with (according to my appointment text it was Mina for dip and Tammy for pedicure) were seriously the worst combination!!! My nail lady was very much not personable, seemed like she was mad the whole time. She did a very poor job cleaning up dry skin around my nails and has cut me several times. She didn’t even put the lotion on my hands!!!! Unheard of! She never said a word to me and seemed so rushed through my service. At the end she pulled the towel under my hands so hard my phone almost fell on the floor. No hand massage, no lotion even though I asked for a spa service with paraffin. My pedicure lady did a mediocre job at best. I asked for a strong deep tissue massage since I work out so much. Her nails were longer so when she attempted a massage, her nails actually tickled me so bad it felt horrible. Now to be clear - when I called to make an appointment, I mentioned I wanted a strong deep tissue massage and that’s who they picked for me.. Big disappointment. When I tired to talk to her to let her know her nails tickle or make any other comment or request, she was not able to understand me at all and someone else had to translate. My massage was so very short and I didn’t even get to enjoy it. Good massage and service that’s not rushed is something you look forward to especially on your day off but I was SOL I guess. No one came to check up on me to make sure my pedicure polish was dry so I had to guess and get up myself after sitting there for about 15-20 mins. So my overall experience today was not so good to say the least. I will not be returning to this salon or keep recommending it to my coworkers or friends.

I've been here several times. First was for a Mani/pedi, then a Mani/pedi and facial, then an ear candling traetment, had my wedding party Mani/pedis here before the ceremony. This recent trip was to celebrate my best friends birthday with little self-pampering. We both got the Refresh Spa Day package which includes the lavendar Mani/pedi, one hour message or facial and 30 minutes in the steam room with shower for $183 a piece. These guys are great. Super friendly and good at what they do.
