I finally found my go to car service company!! My wife booked an SUV to and from SFO and we used Red Star and our driver was Mattheus. He was early both ways, dressed very well and drove slow both ways. That helped my wife and mother in law hugely. Can’t recommended this service or Mattheus more enthusiastically!!

To review Red Star I can only use superlatives.Serge is interesting to talk to,prompt,efficient and is a meticulous planner.The office is similarly efficient and so easy to deal with.Would not use another service in the Bay Area.We plan a return trip early next year.

I had a very pleasant 5 star ride with Serge at Red Star! Coming off a red eye from New York, I was exhausted and couldn’t wait to get home. Serge picked me up in a Yukon XL Denali, it was incredibly clean and comfortable. I closed my eyes for what felt like 30 minutes and next thing I know I was pulling up next to my driveway up in Napa. We were referenced to Red Star Transportation through a friend and could not have had a better experience. Ken is a consummate professional. He picked us up at our hotel in San Francisco and toured us through the Napa Valley and Russian River Valley in style. We had one stop we had requested but Ken planned the rest of our day based the fact we wanted to see some redwoods and the kinds of wines we enjoyed. His knowledge of the area and its history is exceptional and he knows all the cool little off the beaten track wineries if that's what you are looking for. We look forward to our next visit and having Ken drive us on our next adventure!
