Posture Perfect specializes in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration. This Therapy provides effective and lasting relief for all kinds of fascial, muscular, and joint issues. I work with the client to create length and balance within the facial system without causing pain. This is important as we rely on the nervous system to integrate the therapy and facilitate awareness so that new patterns can replace dysfunctional ones. Structural Integration goes beyond the symptom and seeks the root of the problem. SI is the perfect solution for anyone looking to increase function and efficiency. It is also recommended for anyone with poor posture or pain/inflammation in joints, fascia, or muscles. Anyone who wants to feel better and more comfortable in your body should consider SI Therapy. It really takes the pressure off of chronically tight areas, and provides long lasting relief.
