Had to find a new town car service as my years-long driver has retired. Needed a ride for two to airport in 24 hours. (Have not yet tried reserving a ride FROM the airport). After extensive research decided to try Citi Town Cars. Cost was exactly as stated on website, which was also quoted when I called - and reasonable. Driver was 5 minutes early, friendly, loaded our luggage and got us to airport. One odd note was that when he dropped us off, he had to stop one lane away from the curb due to traffic, and he rushed to remove our bags - placing them not on the curb but in the lane, one lying on its side. No problem for us, though - I think there may have been imminent risk of ticketing!

I have used Citi Town Cars for numberous trips to the airport. They are always early, professional and discrete. The ONLY drawback can be the premium rate for early hours.

Have used Citi Town Cars several times to/from the airport. Every drive is punctual, has a nice/clean car and has made my trip to the airport a breeze. Our last trip from the airport our flight was delayed by several hours. As I got off the plane and through customs the dispatch office called to make sure I had landed. We met Art within moments of heading out from baggage claim. We were exhausted. He was friendly, had a very clean/nice car and made our journey home enjoyable despite the jet lag. We will use Citi Town Cars many more times in our travels. Thank you.
