Michael is a nice guy and showed early. Got me to the airport safe and on time for my 7am flight, and at a better rate than other options.

We hired Honest & Reliable Transportation for a round trip to the Cleveland Clinic for a medical procedure. Mike was meticulous in making sure he knew where to pick us up and arrived promptly. He was friendly, helpful and very familiar with the Clinic buildings and drop off points. Having a driver for the trip alleviated our anxiety about navigating the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. We would certainly call on Mike again!

IF you want to know that your ride will show up for absolute certain and IF you want to get somewhere ON TIME you need to call Honest & Reliable! Oh, and IF you want a reasonable rate you really have no choice. Michael delivered my elderly, very special Aunt to a show in downtown Cleveland at night. I was supposed to take and couldn't. I had nightmares of Uber leaving her downtown in the cold but after talking to Michael for about 15 minutes I knew she would be in good hands. I cannot thank him enough!

Michael is extremely reliable, friendly, and a pleasure to ride with. I use his services every time I fly into the Cleveland area to see my horses race at Northfield. When I book a pickup time I can count on him always showing up and getting me to where I need to be, on time.I highly recommend his services.
