⭐ THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER — DO NOT RECOMMEND!This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the way we were treated was unacceptable.First, the hotel held an additional $1,000 on top of the incidental hold that had already been placed on our card. This was extremely frustrating and concerning. On top of that, we were given the wrong rooms despite having booked specific rooms in advance. We were then told we had to show receipts to prove which rooms we had originally reserved. Why should guests have to prove what they booked when the hotel should already have that information on file? The rooms themselves were ridiculously small, almost like being crammed into a bird’s nest. There was barely any room to move around, let alone comfortably enjoy our stay. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. They were passive-aggressive, unhelpful, and made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience rather than something they should be addressing. There was absolutely no sense that they cared about their customers or wanted to make things right. The entire experience felt hostile, disrespectful, and unnecessarily difficult. The way we were treated was honestly appalling. I have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel.Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Between the unexpected money being held, the incorrect rooms, the cramped accommodations, and the awful customer service, this hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. We will absolutely not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went on a business trip and Brandon, Rebecca, Candice, Cassandra, Payal, and Kaur made my experience AMAZING! The rooms were perfect, clean, cool, and spacious. A great value for the best location to stay in within Boston!

Needed a hotel close to the cruise terminal & YOTEL was the best choice. Two restaurants were worth going to in the hotel. However the room is very small & toilet is very low to the floor. The unique bed had its challenges as it need to be replaced (too soft & hollow centre). If you have mobility issues check out your options. Staff were very helpful & friendly.
