Terribly understaffed at front desk, long lines and phone ringing off the hook, someone’s stuck at parking ramp that’s trying to get out that couldn’t get helped by calling desk The breakfast was good, rooms were clean enough, but definitely dated, mattresses were pretty saggy. Front desk couldn’t get help from manager

Reserved a balcony room and received confirmation. At check in I was told that room was not available. I was told that it was because third party reservation services continue to over book rooms. My question was why should I book directly through them if the third party reservations take preferential treatment. When the clerk said there was a king bed available, I said, I guess I have no choice, her reply was you do have a choice… I took it as, I could go somewhere else.This hotel is very tired, the couch and chair seem like they are from the 70’s and very uncomfortable.Plan on needing plenty of time to check in/out, as the front desk is always backed up.Access to Mayo is outstanding as is the breakfast.Yes, I would stay here again, but primarily out of convenience.

Sai at the front desk was always so helpful during my stay. I had a somewhat complicated schedule and ended up checking in and out several times, and she was consistently accommodating and made the process easy. She was someone I could count on whenever I wasn't quite sure what my plans were from one day to the next. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to help throughout my stay.
