First time at this spa and absolutely loved it! Spent the day treating and pampering myself with several services which were all fabulous. Judit, Katelyn, and Wayna did a great job and were super professional and friendly. Everyone at the resort made sure that my experience was amazing. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Feedback:This facility is only luxury by the appearance and customer service . By far the aesthetic is really clean and fancy. The employees are really nice and attentive. But the experience is lacking. When having my massage, it was more like she was just running her fingers down my back soothing me instead of any type of intensity to help pain relief 1/10. The facial was just a bunch of creams applied to the face no extractions nothing and when I asked for a nose extraction she pretended to take of black heads on the top of my nose and say I didn’t even had anything to extract, which I do cause that’s why I asked. Also God forbid you fall asleep; they stop working. I fell asleep and noticed she was just chilling on her phone till I woke up 1/10. Pedicure was the good experience I had, so I basically paid $1000 for a nice pedicure. You can’t have service fee (tip) included to the bill if your employees are going to do the bare minimum. This spa is extremely over priced and trash!

This is a lovely spa and the staff was great. I had a massage with Julie and it was the best one i've ever had. I appreciated the absence of pushing their products, which annoys me. Everything was super clean and relaxing. There is no hot tub, but the 7 spout shower was wonderful.

I expected a better facial from a resort spa. It was obvious they arent interested in building a clientele and only interested in upselling. One of the bottom three facials i have had in my life. And they add resort fees and gratuity. I was told i was getting a moisturizing mask. And i got a vitamin C mask. And now the product is peeling off my face. Reason its two stars and not one is the receptionist was very nice. Dont spend your time or money here.

I had one of the best massages today at Pallavi Spa in the Wyndham grand Hotel! I highly recommend Wakemah! She paid attention to everything And made sure that the pressure was perfect. A true expert. I am going back for a facial on Wednesday and can’t wait based on my experience today!
