We stayed here multiple times this spring, and the visit was always great enough that we never looked elsewhere for our subsequent visits. The front desk staff was amazing (shout out to Jeff, Jason, Arsen and others whose names I didn't note.) Our arrival /departure schedules were chaotic because of our family circumstances, but the front desk staff was always able to help with the scheduling we needed. The rooms were great and clean, the breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. This will be our go-to hotel if we return to the area. Thanks for great stays!

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is extremely clean (I am a germaphobe), the room was beautiful- almost brand new. The guy on reception was very friendly and talkative. We used the pool and jacuzzi which was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast was so good and my teenager and older son enjoyed it as there was quite a bit of choice. The free coffee on reception was a godsend and a great touch. We stayed on multiple hotels during our trip and this by far was the nicest.

This place is run by rude people who do not care about their customers. Grace is the worse manger I have ever encountered.

Extremely quiet location, nice variety free breakfast, flavored syrups for coffee (woohoo!!), ample free parking, nice staff, new carpet in room, and VERY comfortable bed - best on our 10 day trip at 4 hotels.

Stayed here for 5 days with a group. The hotel is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains, just off of the highway. We had a double queen room on the 2nd floor and it was spacious and clean. The hotel has a nice pool & jacuzzi, though the pool area sits literally a couple hundred yards from the freeway so traffic noise is pretty loud. A decent buffet breakfast is included and it offers make yourself waffles, eggs, bacon, hash browns, oatmeal and the usual assortment of grab & go breakfast items. The also have a small fitness center with treadmills, hand weights and a couple of weight machines. There is on-site laundry, $6 to wash & dry. No complaints with the service but I did take note of the refund policy. I have stayed here several times in the past and the it has always been 24 hr cancellation. However, now it's 30 days. This, in itself, might be enough reason to consider other hotels in the area for future visits.
