Theodore Constant, Founder and Artistic Director, established the TCDA - International Ballet Festival in 2014. The festival’s mission is to foster the development of well-rounded dancers and providing them with extensive exposure and networking opportunities. Each year, TCDA-IBF selects a panel of esteemed Master-Teachers from various international ballet companies and schools. These esteemed instructors are Directors, Principal Dancers, and Choreographers who are dedicated to the holistic development of each student. What distinguishes TCDA-IBF is its distinctive scholarship program, which facilitates students’ enrollment in esteemed national and international dance programs. This initiative offers students unparalleled experiences, exposure, and opportunities for their professional development. TCDA-IBF welcomes dancers from diverse backgrounds, ranging from the age of 11 to the professional level. Alumni of TCDA-IBF include students from esteemed institutions such as the Paris Opera Ballet School, Lisbon National Dance Conservatory, San Francisco Ballet School, and the Vienna State Opera Ballet.
