I recommend 716 Limo. We recently booked two rides with them. The first one was Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls, Canada, and the reverse a few days later. Our drivers Joe & Thomas were excellent drivers, on time, had clean vehicles and helped us with luggage. They had their passports, so were able to take us across the border and drop us with no issues while crossing international borders. The bottled water they had for us was a nice touch.

We wanted to avoid the long drive to Toronto and worry about where to park for a week’s vacation. This service took that worry away and we were able to enjoy a more relaxed trip to the airport and a restful trip home after returning on a long flight. Courteous and professional drivers provided a comfortable, quick, and safe ride.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. The manager Nicole is the rudest. I called to get an explanation about an unexpected charge on my credit card and never have I ever been met with such disrespect. Talking all over me and cutting me off as I was explaining. The rudest ever. Mrs. Lisa you need to get her out of your business before she ruins it. You won't have a business if she keeps talking to your paying customers like this

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service from the lady who’s the so called “manager” very disrespectful and rude! Will never get our service again!!

I called and spoke to the manager about charges on my credit card and I was treated poorly. Our driver showed up 5 minutes late and we returned 5 minutes late and I was charged for being 25 minutes late which isn’t true. I questioned her about a few other things and she thought she hung up on me while I was talking so I started recording her talking to another employee calling me and my friends ghetto Lockport trash. Then stated she blacked balled me I will never be able to book with them again which I wouldn’t.
