We stayed at this Hampton Inn for 2 nights during the week. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated. I like that there is laminate wood floor in the entry hall and the bathroom with carpet around the beds. The location was right in the middle of a busy area with lots of food options. It was very convenient to the Grand Park sports complex. I would stay here again.

I have had many positive experiences at Hampton Inn hotels, mostly due to the cleanliness of the rooms. This Hampton Inn however was not only outdated, but the upkeep and housekeeping are poor. We arrived late on Monday night, and the bathroom in our room appeared that it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to clean the toilet myself, as it was apparent that it had not been looked at between guest stays. We had housekeeping service every other day, but they only emptied trash and replaced the towels, while leaving a note each time that they couldn’t make the beds because we had personal items on the beds. All we had on there was one blanket on each bed from home. I would not return to this hotel, and if room cleanliness is important to you, I would not stay here

Jack at the front desk was extremely rude. Rooms were disgusting, breakfast was average at best. So many othwr places to stay. Will never stay here again.

The hotel was clean, up to date. The front desk person was very helpful upon our check-in. The breakfast was hot and we'll supplied. Lots of bananas and apples to choose from. They even provided bagged bagel breakfast to go. Nice neighborhood.

Very nice staff and breakfast was good! Hotel is clean and ready for guests!
