tripadvisorBased on previous stays, this hotel MUST be under new (mis)management. We paid over $450. for a two night stay that actually left us feeling as though we were mugged in the parking lot upon leaving- which would not have been at all surprising. This poor place has sadly become completely run down. Not just old (that's inevitable), but severely neglected. Stained carpeting, curtains, and upholsteries. Flickering lights. Missing and broken dispensers. Greyish (dirty?) towels. Laughable patchwork and repairs everywhere you look. Sticking and noisy doors. Filthy windows. Questionable pest control, and just generally begging for some attention. Management claims they are renovating- saw no signs of this other than our room door that may have been painted shut, and was nearly impossible to pull open the first time. Lol. Management responses to complaints suggest you should feel lucky for the chance to give them your money. Will not be back unless someone who cares about the property and customer service takes over.
MoreWas an amazing experience I like the hotel it’s lovely breakfast is excellent and I will be back every 3 months to stay here as I felt the cozy vibes and relaxed senses with nice plants and relaxing in the hotel was great in the jacuzzi and felt safe clean and accommodating staff
MoreA shout out to the housekeeping staff. We were inadvertently given a room that was still airing out. When the housekeeping staff saw the error, without our requesting it, found us a new pet friendly room. We appreciated their conscious desire to serve the customer. Our room was very nice, clean and quiet and the breakfast was delicious.
MoreAt one point this motel was probably a fancy motel with a conference center. It's still a nice motel and we enjoyed our stay and had a good nights sleep. We reserved rooms at this motel because it seemed like a good value and it turned out to exactly that. The motel had indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a hot tub. All were in good shape and we used all of them.We brought in supper and ate in an upstairs lounge that had three round tables with plenty of seating for our family. It was conveniently down the hall from our room that overlooked the pool and breakfast area. The room layout worked great for our large family. The sink was separate from the toilet and bathtub so other family members could continue getting ready while someone was taking a shower. There was a large area for breakfast with two workers keeping things full and cleaning up. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, diced potatoes, biscuits & gravy for hot breakfast and then the typical cereal, toast, bagels, oatmeal and yogurt. We enjoyed our breakfast!Reviewing our receipt I saw a $5 parking charge. I didn’t notice any signs at the front desk saying we’d be charged extra. Not a deal breaker but a disappointment after a nice stay.
MoreNeeds to be exterminated. Also update rooms. Will not be going back unless there are changes. We were going to stay somewhere else but it was full so they recommended your establishment. Bad recommendation
