Babes of Carytown is a lesbian bar in Richmond that brings the food and fun to the table. The menu consists of standard (yet delicious) American dishes, and the brunch menu is nothing short of fantastic. Omelettes are huge and perfectly cooked, and the hashbrowns and girts are a big hit with the clientele. Best part? Everything is extremely affordable. There is an awesome happy hour that offers drinks that won't break the bank, and there's a cool deck in the back of the bar where people can drink, smoke, mingle and play volleyball in the warm weather. Drag shows happen every so often, and the DJ is constantly playing infectious tunes that you can dance to.
