loved the mall. it was actually deceptive to me. I thought it was going to be on the small side but pleasantly surprised going further into it. had all our favorite stores and food court was good.

I had a 10.40am appointment for a problem with my iphone camera. I checked in at 10.38. The crowd in the store was light (compared to my previous exeperiences), partly because it was early morning, partly because a snow warning for the area was taking effect at 11am. I waited 30 minutes, no one checked with me. I did notice that 2 people who showed up after me where attended ahead of me. My advice: Avoid that place, go to Micro-Center or Best Buy (these stores have Apple certified repair personnel and provide fair ways to deal with appointment).

The mall was very clean and we felt safe even into the evening hours. There were a lot of store variety and no empty stores. It was easy to navigate. I would recommend this mall.

Clean mall, lots of different choices. Decent enough food court with a Cheesecake Factory. A little odd, as you walk in there is signage to tell you not to carry a gun on you. Nice area in Cincinnati, close to downtown. The kids and the wife enjoyed their shop here.

Pretty decent sized mall for the area. Had a lot of pricy stores like Tiffany and Gucci, but several other stores that you might like Lego and Lush. Good selection and decent sized food court.
