After Portland, Salt & Straw is taking San Francisco by storm since 2016, with their artisanal ice cream flavors. An L-Shaped blonde wood counter and window-side tables and stools, is the extent of furniture you will see inside. Known for their eclectic ice cream flavors, the shop is brims with people of all age groups. Infused with edible flowers and a host of other ingredients, topped off on handmade waffle cones, every bite is delectable. Try as many as you want till you find your right flower (we mean flavor!) Honey Lavender, Berkeley Olive Grove Olive Oil, Chocolate Rose Petal are some of the classic and in-demand flavors. If you are the impatient type and want to skip the line, you can buy a packed pint of their ice cream from the counter. Either ways, you can relish your ice cream watching the Golden Gate bridge or just basking in the glorious sun on Pacific Heights.
