The hotel lobby, restaurant and bar are pretty elegant. Feels very swanky. My sister and I had a double queen room. The view is only of the street, so very unimpressive. We got housekeeping one time and we could tell there were things she didn’t clean, also she didn’t leave any face cloths. But neither of those are a big deal to me. There is a small coffee maker in the room along with a refrigerator. No microwave. There are hair dryers in the room. There are only two drawers below the closet if you’re wanting to put things in there. The closet comes with about maybe 10 hangers. There is no privacy from the shower outward. Meaning if you were with someone that you didn’t want to see you naked, this might be a problem. But when you go in and out of the shower, there is a rack at the back of the shower for you to hang a garment and it doesn’t get wet. I had no issues with our room or the looks of it at all. Perfect for my needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They give you bottled water anytime you want. You have to have a room card in order to use the elevator, so for me I think that’s like an extra level of security, that should give you some comfort. They do offer valet parking for $62 a night or you can self park in the same building for $42 a night. We chose to park two blocks up at the pavilions which only charges $25 a night. There is also an open parking lot sort of adjacent to the hotel that you can use, which goes by the hour or a flat fee of I think it was $25. I felt safe enough parking in the adjacent parking lot a couple of the nights, and chose to do so merely because we were tired and didn’t wanna walk up the road. There is a lot of construction in the downtown area where this hotel is located. I was hoping there would be lots of cool shops and things to go see near the hotel, but was disappointed to see that there really wasn’t. There are definitely some good restaurants that you can walk to. I did want to try the restaurant at our hotel as it looked very amazing but just never had the time. It is overpriced for what you really get but I’m still happy to have chosen this hotel and would recommend it.

Centrally located and close to the convention center it was easy to take public transit from the airport. No car needed. The rooms are tidy and clean. There’s lots of open space for gathering. The gym is on the 20th floor and shared with the AC hotel. The rooftop lobby is also on the 20th floor.
