The visitor shop looks like it has been abandoned and hasn’t been opened or maintained for years. The Cave is not a cave, it only goes in a few feet and looks more like a 3 x 4 foot hole in the side of the hill with a small stream coming out. The water fall is about 1 foot wide and even in heavy rain no more than 6 ft wide. The entire place looks run down and abandoned. Save your time and find something else to do.

Beautiful historic hike in the woods. Nice trails. Really enjoyed it. Pet friendly. Perfect get away for families or couples

It is beautiful here and the hike was easy. My only complaint is that the trails are not marked well and there was no good map. The office closes early in the afternoon so no one to ask.

We stopped here while driving the Santa Fe Trail. You can spend some time walking around the many trails and checking out the history.

Excellent day trip for locals and tourists alike. Small but interesting museum display, easy hiking trails that are well maintained, and a very interesting history.
