This hotel might be more known for its inimitable restaurant, Russell's Steaks, Chops & More, than its incarnation a hotel. Nonetheless, Salvatore's still provides plush accommodations for those who wish to stay close to the airport, but don't want a standard chain hotel. Each room's walls are painted in soothing, warm tones and some have in-suite fireplaces and Jacuzzi bathtubs. The hotel also offers special packages for couples and conference spaces for corporate or business events.

tripadvisorWe went for a 2 night stay and it was fantastic. We stayed in a Royal Suite and it was spotless. We ordered room service and our steaks were fantastic.Breakfast was very good.We have been going to the hotel since 2008 and it still looks brand new.
MoreWe discovered Salvatore's Grand Hotel almost by chance while returning from Niagara Falls, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is elegant, well maintained, and offers a level of hospitality that is increasingly hard to find. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.We also had dinner at Russell's Steaks, Chops & More, which was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere made for a memorable evening. What made the experience truly special, however, was meeting Russell himself. He was working at the restaurant that evening and then was at the hotel again early the next morning. We had the opportunity to say hello and briefly chat with him. After reading about his story, it was inspiring to see him still actively involved in the business and engaging with guests. His dedication and work ethic are remarkable.I would highly recommend both Salvatore's Grand Hotel and Russell's Steakhouse to anyone visiting the Buffalo or Niagara Falls area.
MoreThe hotel has gone down hill. We have stayed at the hotel in the past and it has been great, now it is over priced for what you get. With our last stay in july There are many things that were bad. 1. the king bed was hos comfortable, felt like you were sleeping in a rut. felt every movement of my wife. 2. the couch was not comfortable at all either, when you sat in it you immediately sank in , no support.3. Tv could not be turned so when you were sitting on the couch you were watching at an angle .4. The light above the sink was bad, very hard to see myself when shaving.5. AC machine was very loud, it was outdated6. breakfast was not as good as in the past. potatoes were under cooked, glasses were dirty.7. check in was slow, was told the system was very oldVery disappointed in the quality of the hotel. There are same quality and better hotels for less money.
MoreThe hotel offers luxurious and elegant accommodations that far surpass those of standard hotel chains like Hilton or Marriott. Every aspect of the stay was exceptional - from the spotless cleanliness and spacious rooms to the stylish furnishings, peaceful ambiance, and warm, professional staff. The hotel itself is a destination, offering guests a true experience of upscale elegance. The Patriots and Heroes Park is located on the hotel grounds. It is the realization of the vision of the owner, Russell Salvatore, and is both impressive and inspiring. The location is convenient - just minutes from the airport and the University at Buffalo, and only a short 30-minute drive to the attractions of Niagara Falls.
MoreThe hotel needs a major overhaul, carpets tore up, dirty, broken furniture in the rooms, poor indoor maintenance, night staff? Very rude and pretentious. Attenuated failed to service the room on two days, no shampoo or conditioner available, they said it ran out, just stay away, it is not the hotel that russsell Salvatore build anymore
