Jeff was extremely helpful and very friendly! We enjoyed our room and especially appreciated having four beds, which worked great for our family. The only downside was the elevator. It was very slow, and getting luggage and carts in and out was difficult and frustrating.Other than the elevator, we absolutely love this hotel! We stay here every time we visit Disney and will continue to come back. We always enjoy our stays and appreciate the great service from staff like Jeff!

MoreThis place is clean and felt nice to stay in. I always judge a hotels cleanliness by how moldy the grout in the shower is. The grout in our hotel room was very clean, no mold at all. It’s our second stay here. Cleaning service comes daily, which feels like a luxury post COVID, and I appreciate this hotel has that. Also, I feel prices here are always a better deal that other hotels nearby within walking distance from Disney.
