The Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs!I travel frequently, and this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. No matter how inexpensive it is, DO NOT STAY HERE.The Check-In Nightmare: I was repeatedly told to wait just another hour for my room. After waiting a grueling four hours, I watched housekeeping finish cleaning the room myself.Abusive Front Desk Staff: When I went back to the desk, the woman working was incredibly rude. She refused to give me my key, claiming a supervisor had to check the room first. When I asked her to stop screaming at me, she became even louder, started acting erratic, and claimed she felt threatened simply because I was demanding the key to the room I had already paid for in full earlier that day.Hostage Funds & Lies: I decided to leave and asked for a refund for my 3-night stay. She refused. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she claimed she was the only one working—completely contradicting her earlier excuse that a supervisor needed to inspect the room. On top of all this, the rooms and property are filthy.Cops Called On Me: She ultimately called the police to have me escorted out because she felt threatened. I gladly waited for them because I refused to leave without my money.The Resolution:While waiting for the police (who never even showed up), I called Super.com customer service. Thankfully, their agent was amazing, apologized for the horrific treatment, and secured me a full refund for my entire stay.This place is unprofessional, dirty, and dangerous. Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else!

I think that is funny the #1 of #2 motels ain't that the truth! You ain't lying, so far that is all I have gotten is a bad attitude from the lady who works front desk, talking about i ain't got any rooms until 4PM. That's even more hilarious because I just watched the maid finish cleaning 2 rooms upstairs. So Im taking it you never want my business again here which is fine by me, if I could get a refund I would, that's more of a pain in The rear, then just putting up with some attitude hey I didn't do it to you, whoever did you need to go get at that person not take it out on paying customers. I think that covers it going to go try and check in again in a few, maybe she has better attitude

Place is very poor and plus they're vending machines are the highest cost I ever seen! It's insane! Never again! Needs a major upgrade and new staff but as usual nothing will change! 4 thumbs down

The Manager's Ricardo Nancy are fake. They are Affiliated Gang members that actively work with local law enforcement as snitchs!!! They are also bias, racist and crooked. They probably have the most illegal ship happening at their motel but police dont bother them cause they kiss there... A_ _. Even if they act like they like you they will ( switch up) in a second and throw anyone under the buss to protect their own dirty A__. Karma my Boy!! Karma my girl. You as dirty as the System. WEAK AF.

The manager of this motel, Ricardo, is a very racist man. He hates all black people and people of color and treats senior citizens with no respect at all.
