Andres check us in and was as helpful and kind as possible. I needed adjustments made and he was very accommodating/ understanding (despite the fact that he seemed very busy as it was) Nice hotel in general

Upon arriving, when I was exhausted from driving and the 100-degree heat, I was greeted by the most friendly, professional, very kind, and knowledgeable Jessica D. Wow, she turned by day around!!! Thank you, Jessica :). And I also had the privilege of being greeted by Michael Bova, the FD Mgr, who, like Jessica, was superior! Thank you Michael. Let me also include a very helpful and polite maintenance staff person!The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and pretty too! The courtyard w/its fountains is beautiful and maintained like a backyard.I'm really looking forward to staying at The Palm Garden Hotel again!! 5 stars from me.In Order To Live An Extraordinary Life, We Must Surround Ourselves With Extraordinary People!jill

We had a fantastic experience. We had our daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner there and it was our hotel for our guests. Everyone liked the hotel. It has a lawn area with a gazebo for weddings which we used for the rehearsal dinner. Also a room for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready. There is a bridal suite. Another room that includes a pool table and a nice patio. The swimming pool is also great. The staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend Palm Garden Hotel. A gem in Newbury Park.

We have stayed at the Palm Garden several times because it is a short drive to Cal Lutheran where our daughter goes to school. We are leaving a review this time because we are so happy with the new breakfast collaboration with Mikey’s. What an upgrade!

We recently stayed at the Palm Garden hotel as our daughter was getting married in Camarillo. I emailed the hotel to see about an early check in. I quickly received an email back from a hotel manager letting me know that would not be a problem at all. When I told him the reason for our visit, he gave us a complimentary room upgrade for a garden view room- he replied that he knew how much time, effort, planning goes into planning a wedding and he wanted us to have a nicer view while we were there!! So nice, and so unexpected! Our room was lovely- and the garden and calming sounds of the fountain were so nice! The complimentary breakfasts were also good! We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the grounds were pretty, and the service-amazing!!! Thank you Daniel and your staff for making our daughter's wedding weekend such a joy and pleasure! Hopefully, will visit again sometime!!!
