We stayed at the Hyatt Marina Del Mar resort in Cabo, Mexico. Took the flight from Tijuana (crosswalk) airport to Cabo. Price was outrageous lower than flying from San Diego airport. Flew Volaris airline. They are considered the Southwest airline of Mexico. Upon arriving in Cabo, don’t stop for anyone trying to sell you or arrange an outing for you as it’s a presentation to a resort and have to sit for 2 hours. Taxis are $20 and Ubers are $5 usd. The main Marina has a mall for shopping and plenty of restaurants. We will go back again

June 10, 2019 STAY AWAY I will post pics lied to us about construction of pool/hot tub area it is the WHOLE PLACE until end of AUGUST 2019. We get to look at a roll off dumpster in front of our BEACH VIEW and smell it. Others down get the porta potties. Owner refuses a DISCOUNT...NO AIR CONDITIONING only one fan for whole condo and it’s HOT !! Stay away from this place it will ruin your vacation.

booked and stayed at Marina Del Mar #207B. on arriving, entered the condo and went to grab a glass to get some water. Covered in some kind of slimy film. Check another glass, same. Grabbed a cup, same, As were the plates and utensils. in face, some utensils still had food caked on them. The condo had been updated a few years ago, but definitely was not done very well with tiling poorly done, cracked vinyl tiles in the kitchen, electrical outlets fallen off the wall. Dishwasher leaks. only 3 chairs for the table, apparently 1 must have been broken and never replaced. The sleeper/sofa was comfortable using some extra padding, bathroom was functional, Kingbed was comfortable, also. but the bedding was definitely unwashed (sheets an towels were). The comforters and blankets had the strong smell of B.O. with the mystery stains - gross Was told that the dishes needed to be in the dishwasher and put on to wash but no soap for the dishwasher. (had to go to the market to buy some to wash all the utensils and plates/cups we wanted to use - about 2 tablespoons of dish soap in the bottle left. TV worked only after buying some batteries for the remote controls Overall the place was OK, Alot of construction. Very noisy people in the condo above. I think the place was OK, just poorly managed either by the owners or the company doing the managing

We stayed in condo 210B, in September, 2017. Everything was ok to excellent, except for the beds. The mattresses were too firm. One person had to go home early, because of a backache from the bed. Our place had three bedrooms. The master with the king bed was overly firm. Each of the other two beds were too firm and had box springs that creaked like they were shot. This place is advertised as sleeping six, but the reality is that the twin beds were so bad that only one person could sleep on them at a time. We wrote Marina del Mar a letter, with our address, email, and phone number and it has been over two weeks with no response. We just wanted them to know, for the sake of the next guests who stay there Our family stayed here many years (decades) ago, with no mattress problems. That also was the good word from other guests we met at the pool. We stayed on the harbor side. The view is very nice, but the noise from the freeway is constant and the trains seem to keep going by all night. If you stay on the beach side, you don't have that noise during the night. But I was told the sun shines most of the day straight into the living space. Some people might find that to be too much while some people might like it. Also, a man told me that it gets very hot in the condos, especially on the beach side, if you are here during a heat wave. I know our unit did not have air conditioning. But it did have fans. We were worried about the one car policy, but they gave us a visitors pass for our second car. The reserved spaces are very tight. You'll be fine if you drive a Miata and in trouble if you have a Yukon.

Second floor condo with awesome view of beach and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The linens were nice. The bed was comfortable. The hide a bed was not so comfy but the kids didn't complain while at the beach. The wifi and 50 TV with cable were awesome too. The pool and jacuzzi were heated and clean. There are gas BBQ grills by the pool for people to use. There is one washer / drier on each floor (coin operated). Two on the bottom floor. The site is secure with key or card access at all points. The harbor, just a 2 minute walk, has restaurants, coffee shop , gift shop, Ice cream store, and most convenience store items. I would definitely stay here again. Good for families was quiet at night so sleeping with doors and windows open are doable.
