I was at this property for a gala on Friday night and I was blown away by the service and the staff. I know that you expect a certain level of service at a JW Marriott but they really have the WOW factor here. The moment I pulled up the front office manager greeted me and the catering staff were amazing. I dropped my napkin and went to bend down to get it but as it hit the floor one of the amazing servers had grabbed it and brought me another. If you are thinking of having an event you have to check out this property. Now I want to stay there to experience everything at this property

We stayed at JW Marriott Miami for 1 day for our pre cruise stay.The hotel looks upscale the moment we walked in, there were staff at the drive through and lobby greeting as we walked in. The front desk staff was polite and professionally trained. They also helped keeping a parcel I shipped in few days before my arrival.Check in was quick and easy.The room was clean and roomy with an huge 65 TV. Beds are comfy, bathroom is good size also. We also visited the pool area and stayed there for a bit to enjoy the hotel facility. It wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon. My son had good time at the big swim pool. The hotel located at financial district so it was quiet on a Saturday, there are some eatery with 5 to 10 min walk. Best is the hotel did not charge resort or tourist fee like other hotels in Miami.We would come back next time we do a pre cruise stay

I was apprehensive based on so many negative reviews.. the refreshed room was nice and quiet! Air condition was great- big bonus for that!!! Love the turn down service - excellent job. Breakfast was very very good - and easy to do quickly with eggs cooked fresh and bacon nice crisp quality! pancakes should be included and coffee could be much better though!!!! Bell personnel were the most outstanding- fast and the most friendly! Other Service needs help - I called 3 times for blankets - totally unacceptable - location perfect near Brickell -

Very expensive. Rooms have been fully refurbished and finally it feels like a luxury hotel again (see my prior review of this property). Lobby still needs some work and driveway is awkward as the hotel is connected to an office building and there are tons of stairs. Executive lounge provides an acceptable breakfast, but not as generous as in the past. Convenient if you need to do business at or near Brickell. Overpriced like everything else in Miami!

Stayed here for a few nights for business in March. Hotel check in was easy and friendly. Room was spacious and had a big balcony facing the road. Bed was comfortable and shower was also compact and well equipped.Service was great and had all mod cons.
